If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us via email at support@unilva.com or through our Contact Page. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible—usually within 1 to 24 hours.
Please send only one message at a time and use only one contact method for the same request. Contacting multiple channels for the same issue may delay our response for you and other customers.
When reaching out, please include as much information as possible, such as your order number (found in your confirmation emails), email address, and relevant photos. This will help us process your request quickly and assist you more effectively.

Not yet. For now, Unilva is available exclusively online, so you can shop conveniently from anywhere in the US.

Shopping at Unilva

Yes. The security of our customers is a top priority. Our online store is protected by SSL encryption, ensuring that your personal information is kept confidential and secure during all transactions.

  1. Find your preferred product.
  2. Select the color or variant (if applicable).
  3. Confirm the quantity you wish to purchase.
  4. Click “Add to Cart.”
  5. Review the items in your cart and click “Checkout.”
  6. Enter your contact, shipping address, and phone number.
  7. If you have a discount code, enter it and click “Apply.”
  8. Review your order details.
  9. Enter your payment information and select your billing address.
  10. Click “Place Order.”

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase.

To redeem a discount code:

  1. Enter the code exactly as it was provided, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
  2. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
  3. At checkout, look for the “Discount code” field on the right-hand side of the page.
  4. Enter your code in the field.
  5. Click “Apply.”

Your total will automatically update to reflect the discount.

Shipping & Delivery at Unilva

We offer free standard shipping with tracking on all U.S. orders—no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click the link in that email or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to check your package’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to view your order status anytime.

Tracking details may take a day or two to update after your package is shipped. This is normal and depends on the carrier’s system. If no updates appear after 48 hours, feel free to contact our support team so we can check directly with the carrier.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your shipping details. Please email us at support@unilva.com within 24 hours of placing your order, providing your order number and the corrected address. Once your package has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges at Unilva

For all approved returns—including change of mind on new, unopened items—Unilva covers return shipping. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. For verified defects, we often don’t require a return; if we do, we’ll provide the prepaid label.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  1. the shipping label and outer packaging,
  2. the inner packaging
  3. the item showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—often no return is needed; if a return is required, we’ll provide the prepaid label.

If something is missing, notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details. We’ll ship the missing item or issue a refund.

You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@unilva.com. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.
