Payment Policy

Accepted methods. 

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and, where shown at checkout, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We do not accept PayPal, personal checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.

How charges work.

Your payment method is charged when you place the order. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel that item and issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.

Sales tax. 

Applicable sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown before you pay. Where we are not required to collect tax, you may be responsible for use tax under your state’s rules. No hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you are charged.

Payment security. 

Checkout runs over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments/Stripe, which are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store full card numbers; card data is tokenized and handled by the processor. You may see “Shopify” or “Stripe” on your statement together with our store name.

Billing verification and fraud screening. 

Please enter accurate billing details. For your protection, some orders may be held for quick verification or declined if a bank does not authorize the charge or if fraud screening flags the order.

Order confirmation. 

After successful payment you will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.

Payment issues. 

If a payment is declined, confirm the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code, or try another method. Your bank may need to approve the transaction. We’re happy to help at support@unilva.com
